Abstract:
Тhe study is devoted to optimization of trading processes in large construction material retail chains by means of encouraging staff. A new scheme of goods flow is suggested, which merges the positions of Dealer and Seller. Introduction of the suggested method shall let the retailer increase the sales dramatically due to the rise in staff motivation, improve the image of the company, and meet the demands of all socio-cultural population groups much better.
