Abstract:

The paper looks into theoretical foundations of making a program for development of the agro-industrial complex. It is suggested that for the growth of the AIC application of program management methods is most suitable, that is, projects should be run in accordance with a program made up in advance. From this assumption, definition of process management is given, which is aimed at developing the AIC of a specified territorial unit.
