Abstract:

The article describes the factors of the growing role of large business in the national economy, which resulted in widely spread corporate social responsibility. The writer advocates the point of view that a whole set of measures is required to politically organize the convergence of business and the civil society and its institutions. It is particularly this convergence which is the purpose of the corporate citizenship concept, which was launched and quickly developed in the 1990s to enter corporate management practices.
