Abstract:

The authors showed the essence of the concept of innovation motivating system of budgeting. The system should allow companies to withdraw from some of the shortcomings of traditional budgeting related to lack the necessary flexibility in a changing environment. Motivating budgeting system directs the company and individual employees to achieve strategic goals and innovations.
