Abstract:

In order to successfully confront the globalization it is necessary to develop entrepreneurship in the Russian regions, focusing joint efforts of local governments, businesses and civil society institutions on achieving this goal. Urgent mutual understanding when searching a rational solution to this problem is necessary for both the Russian scientific community and practitioners in business and administration.
