Abstract:

In modern conditions the center of the integration of innovation activity in Russia may become a system of higher education and academic science. Along with leading technical universities of the country economic universities are planning to get involved in the creation of small innovative companies that will realize significant research potential of teachers and students, as well as will create a market for qualified consulting services.
