Abstract:

Article shows that intensification of entrepreneurship and investment activity development have the particular importance for world economy system development. Researches shows efficiency of free economy areas role in activation of production and investment activity. By rationality of economic levers free economic areas can provide additional incentives to development of infrastructure, material and technical basis, competitive production industries, solution socio-economic problems of lag regions by expansion of small and mediumsized business and attraction necessary investments to this field.
