Abstract:

The article provides analysis of the current situation with the development of small and medium-sized business in North Caucasus. The writer affirms that it is worse than in the Russian Federation on average. The key issue is the state support for the small and medium business, on which decisions are made by a number of institutions accounted for in the paper.
