Abstract:

Objectives and goals of state regulation of the food market are discussed in the paper. There are five methods of state regulation listed in accordance with their area of application, and their content is thoroughly explained. The general parameters of the regulative mechanism for the regional food market are defined, and its principal forming elements and main condition of its effective functioning are described.
