Abstract:

In modern conditions, for the purpose of more effective provision of government services, the responsibility for conducting thereof is transferred to nonprofit organizations. In the Republic of Tatarstan, the housing services of this sort have achieved major success. The study pays attention to the functioning of public organizations aimed at providing housing for the population.
