Abstract:

Today, many industrial enterprises are facing a dilemma: either to obtain ownership for the land of their location and distract the capital otherwise appropriate for modernization, or to keep on renting, which also has its drawbacks. The article contains analysis of several methods of land evaluation upon purchasing it, which will help enterprises make the right decision for the optimal company cost management.
