Abstract:

Adaptation of corporation is one of the vital tasks for an integrated structure management. Theoretical aspects of the adapted development of corporations are analyzed in the paper along with the basic approaches to analysis and estimation of company adaptation in terms of strategic goals and managerial tasks.
