Abstract:

The article analyzes the features of building up intellectual and creative resources in the context of globalization. It proves the necessity of creating a favorable investment climate as well as the science-and-technology policy of the state to provide support for innovation-oriented businesses. It is also necessary for improving the educational process at educational institutions. Using the example of the development of educational activities at the Technical University in Liberec, Check Republic, the writers demonstrate the principles of training provided for the specialists to work at the enterprises of the national economy.
