Abstract:
The author shares the unique experience of the Volkswagen Concern, which held a wise personnel policy at times of economic crises. That allowed keeping employed the qualified staff on the one hand, and on the other – not to deprive the company’s owners of the profits. Different approaches to the structure of the concern in terms of labor organization are analyzed.
