Abstract:
Creativity of a human being is considered by the writer as the main economic resource of the modern economy. The author argues persuasively that any indicators of economic development (of the society or a company) involve subjective human assessments; to do them correct high professionalism combined with creativity are required. This issue becomes paramount when developing techniques of business management and making important management decisions. In this context, the writer examines the problem of modern education, which should focus on obtaining practical knowledge and the development of creativity.
