Abstract:

Late last year, Russia became a WTO member. We were making our way for many years, comparing the numerous pros and contras, being anxious for the domestic business, not fully realizing, whether we like living and trading not by our own rules but in accordance with the requirements established by the World Trade Organization. Now that the event has happened, an important question emerges: can this country protect its own intellectual property and the one of others? What advantages does it get and what should be done to have more advantages? Read more in the article.
