Abstract:

After the implementation of 4th part of the Civil Codex enterprises gained an opportunity to redress the results of intellectual activity (RIA) in the form of production secret. Protection of RIA as production secret has several advantages compared with other forms of legal protection and it is a tool for enhancing the sustainability and competitiveness of business.
