Abstract:

The existing diversity of approaches does not give a clear idea of the indicators that characterize economic processes. Aspects of social life should be the basis for the tax capacity calculation. In this connection universal methods for the assessment of tax capacity of subjects of the Russian Federation becomes necessary. The paper attempts to reveal such methods.
