Abstract:

The Russian housing policy has in recent years taken a new trend of development, which is brought about by the current need for rental housing. In the paper, governmental initiatives for making the new segment on the housing market possible are analyzed in terms of how they will ensure higher mobility of human resources and the living standard of the population.
