Abstract:

The paper is devoted to the problems of consolidation of the innovative potential in science and higher education and to integration of university education and research into the innovative economic system of this country. The main obstacles are listed that hinder further cooperation of university as center for education, research and innovation with business structures, and recommendations are given for neutralizing those obstacles.
