The article is a study of significant factors that influenced the Russian economy during the crisis. Its further development in the post-crisis period depends, according to the writer, on innovation in business, effective budget spending, protection of the poor, transformation of the insutition structure, and realizations of priorities in the state’s investment, monetary and regional policies.
