Abstract:

The article attempts to define the peculiar features of IT services in terms of economics. All kinds of information have long become an integral part of our life. But is the effort spent for its preparation and transmission always duly awarded? Why are the IT services equaled as goods or products so reluctantly, and classified so uneasily? This is the issue the present paper is addressing.
