Abstract:

Companies that develop innovations lay the foundation by performing research and development, the results of which increase their business competitiveness through the introduction of the results into the financial and business turnover. The writers present the basics for generating a model of a mechanism of property qualification of R & D skills in the framework of finance, accounting, patent, information and management directions.
