Abstract:

The article considers the dialectical relation between labor and capital. By increasing the number of employees, the employer may reduce the capitallabor ratio and vice versa. What processes take place on the labor market with an increase in wages in one of the industries? How does the increase in human capital influence the wages? You will find the answers in the article.
