Abstract:

The writer draws on the idea that the proliferation of small and medium businesses forms the class of mass owners. A businessman in a small business is a hard worker and an owner. Development of small and medium-sized businesses is the major direction of democratization of the ownership relation and improving the quality of the position of an individual in the society.
