Abstract:

The article discusses theoretical aspects of interrelations between strategic and operative production management at individual enterprises in competitive environment. It shows levels and factors of competitive environment that determine strategic and operative management, and suggests an organizational and economic model for effective interaction between strategic and operative production management.
