Abstract:

The article defines the role of innovation management and innovation at the output of the region from the economic crisis. Offered a number of measures to support the formation and development of innovation infrastructure: the analysis of the region's economy, the division of territories and industry by the strategic importance of the region, the concentration of budget allocations for the selected priorities, as well as change management tools in accordance with the realities of the modern economy.
