Abstract:

The article analyzes the competitiveness of Azerbaijan’s manufacturing industries before and after the global economic recession. The writer infers that the impact of the global financial crisis on the country’s economy was characterized by reduction of economic growth. However, the industries outside oil production retain the low standard of competitiveness, which requires further growth.
