The article is devoted to integration strategies that small retail businesses adopt in order to build up their competitiveness. Discussing the sample case of companies within the Convenience Store strategic competitor group, the paper singles out several stages of establishing organizational forms of integration and interaction in small retail trade, suggests three forms of integrated retail business, and undertakes a preliminary comparative study thereof.
