The article is devoted to the concept of enterprise operational risk. A classification of existing risks is suggested along, with indication of their sources. The writer arrives at the conclusion that human factors are the main source of operational risks, and that fraud is the most common one thereof, which is not only true for the Russian business environment; hence the necessity of preventive measures development.
