Abstract:

The article reveals the key aspects of optimization of production program management at Russian industrial enterprises. The concept of production diversification is suggested to be applied to organizing optimal management. For developing a module of preparation and implementation of industrial enterprise program, one should apply the algorithm of optimal design procedure.
