Abstract:

An important condition for effective implementation of the investment project is the compulsory registration of branch characteristics of the facility investment, which most strongly influence investment decisions in high-tech industries, which, of course, include the field of telecommunications. The important condition of the investment project realization efficiency is the obligatory account of branch features of the investment object, which especially strongly influence on acceptance of investment decisions in highly technological branches, which the sphere of telecommunications undoubtedly concerns to.
