Abstract:

The article analyzes the most advanced stages of international experience in fostering the introduction of energy-saving technologies. The paper provides a detailed treatment of the use of directive and economic methods within the policy of energy efficiency, as well as of strategies and tools for application of innovative technologies in industrial and urban sectors.
