Abstract:

The changes occurring in the employee’s labor process today are associated with the development of the post-industrial way of economy, where production of intangible assets becomes predominant. Manufacturing of an intangible product is accompanied by the increased working time which goes beyond the boundaries of the working day. The article suggests the idea that recently the working hours have increased for the employees of non-material production.
