Abstract:

In the article the authors propose a new model for managing the modernization of large industrial enterprises. It involves the replacement of the existing inefficient vertically integrated model of corporate management for the enterprises of the industry with the model of horizontally integrated management with the participation of the regional government. The model includes a new organizational and economic mechanism for managing the development of industrial enterprises at the regional level.
