The article describes the methodology of making decisions on the use of outsourcing in the process of the organization’s restructuring, as well as the basic criteria of the economic management mechanism that help to make this decision. The author calculates the costs of the technological equipment before and after outsourcing by the example of a specific shop area. The analysis has shown, that to make the work more efficient and to reduce costs Volzhsky Orgsintez OJSC has to outsource some works.
