Abstract:

The article examines the characteristics of accumulating the human capital in an economy transiting to an innovative way of development. The author forecasts the structure of the human capital in a special economic zone of the innovation type in the Russian Federation on the basis of the types of economic activity (by the example of a special economic zone of the technology development type on the territory of Moscow).
