The article summarizes the current state of small and medium-sized businesses and the basic barriers to the establishment of business processes as well as provides programs and activities to support the youth entrepreneurship. The author suggests a number of activities to promote entrepreneurship among young people, to select the most talented young people, to organize their training and to support the implementation of the first stages of promising business projects.
