Abstract:

The article analyses the problem of monetary accommodation of the Russian economy in a systemic crisis. The author determines the course of monetary regulation in the context of the transition to a new monetary way and suggests a new approach to the problem of increasing the interaction in the monetary sector to enhance the innovative breakthrough.
