Abstract:

There are now actively created innovative industrial clusters. The author states that the actual problem is the inclusion of such clusters markets innovations, which are effective enabling environment of innovation and competitiveness, identifies the functions of such markets participants. Communication with elements of industrial and innovation clusters carried out by means of innovation and technological center.
