Abstract:

The article shows that having been transformed into new organizational and legal forms autonomous and budget entities with an expanded scope of rights can independently manage certain types of property and income from primary and related activities. Economic methods of management and algorithms of economic analysis become relevant to the management of health facilities operating under mixed conditions of government regulation and enterprising.
