Marketing is becoming a priority direction for sanatorium and resort complexes. The model of contour packaging of spa products provides
competitive strength, competitive stability and competitive mobility of sanatorium and resort complexes. Management of marketing communications in the market of sanatorium and resort services contributes to the formation of customer loyalty.
