Abstract:

Developed a model of strategic partnership between universities and industry training for innovation, formalized the needs of industrial enterprises in content knowledge and skills of experts in the development and promotion of innovative projects. The study focused on the staffing of innovative enterprises, to strengthen relationships with universities, employers, enterprises and the competitiveness of graduates.
