Abstract:

To date, one of the promising directions of improving housing and communal services is gasification of the communal sector. In order to solve these and other problems in the housing development the author suggests using funding based on the attraction of resources of credit institutions with state-subsidized interest rates on the borrowed funds (as a form of public-private partnerships).
