Abstract:

This article describes a method of real options in shaping the company strategy and clarifies the conditions for the feasibility of its application.The author substantiates the reasons for which this method can be considered innovative, highlights the difficulties impeding the practical use, as well as considering approaches to defining the essence of strategy in the context of a real option.
