Abstract:

The article considers the ways of improving the mechanisms for providing targeted support for the residents of the Republic of Tatarstan who are in need of better housing. The author sees them in improving the conditions of mortgage lending, state support for those citizens who use mortgages and the development of the commercial rent system. However, the increase in demand for housing will contribute to the development of such business direction as real estate development.
