Abstract:

The article is devoted to assessing the competitive potential of an integrated business group. Current methods of diagnosis and evaluation of competitive potential do not take into account the specificity of integrated business groups (IBG) as they aim at studying the potential of an individual enterprise. The author suggests applying the real options theory to assess the competitive potential of IBG.
