Abstract:

The article presents the results of testing the methodology for estimating organizational and managerial efficiency of the competitiveness management system in pharmaceutical companies. Based on the results of evaluating and comparing the actual estimates to the recommended (standard) ones, one can evaluate the efficiency of the competitiveness management system and develop measures for its improvement.
