Abstract:

The problem of the transition of the Russian economy to an innovative path of development is directly related to the absence of the intellectual property market in our country. The key problems of its creation in Russia are as follow: firstly, the underdevelopment of the innovation infrastructure, i.e. the lack of instruments of cooperation links between all participants in innovation and, secondly, the lack of innovation management professionals, innovation managers. The article suggests a comprehensive solution to these problems.
