Abstract:

During the global financial crisis is particularly important for selfdevelopment ability of the territory because of the increasing instability of the common areas. Thus one of the most important factors in the Territory's economy in favor of self-development is small business. The author notes that in order to provide a mechanism for selfdevelopment areas based on development of entrepreneurship (especially small), in the interests of the country's transition from commodity to an innovative path of development for the highly state of the economy, create conditions for a gradual redeployment of rent in favor of innovative entrepreneurship and technocracy and the gradual formation of the posteconomic civilization.
